I got a Google alert to a newspaper article about this at 21:00 yesterday evening, checked my wish list and found I could only make an order up to £50 by including a pre-order for a book, and as pre-ordering means only only courier delivery (rather than collect from my village post office or Amazon locker) can be selected, and meaning one of us might have to wait indoors for a day or two, didn't bother, then went to sleep and promptly forgot about it.

But for anybody else a 20% could be a very worthwhile saving, when Amazon offer that sort of discount on buying gift cards I immediately purchase them and add to our accounts to use when there's bargains to be had + 20% extra off.

 

@Steve R I've had this offer also 10% off when I spend £50 as I'm with prime and we used the amazon locker last week and that's a great service with Amazon also
