£130 to spend on a mower

    I've never heard of a Homelite mower before, its certainly cheap for a petrol rotary, but I've no idea about its quality. It depends on the size of your lawn and how often you are going to use it. Its self propelled so if you have a big area to cut or its on a slope it will be hard work.

    You can buy a Bosch battery mower for that.

    New Li-on (Lithium-Ion) 36V battery means it will cut a large lawn, no battery memory and it charges to 80% in 30 mins and it won't lose its charge while sitting in the shed

    Got any links to that Iceni? I found one on Amazon for £200 but not less.
