      I bought an allium collection from T&M last year and they were mostly good. The caeruleums and a few of the large ones didn't do well but the rest did. They were slow to arrive though.

      I get a forbidden notice when I click that link.

        @Linz, first link will cost £5.65 +£4.95 additional P&P,

        This one will work for anybody, then select offers (or add to basket using 1st link, then click on this one and the additional £4.95 P&P will disappear)

        http://www.thompson-morgan.com/gwoffers

        If anybody has a £5 T&M Code it wont work because Order Code gw847w (yet another way of getting the offer) is automatically added and it wont work with the £5 Codes. N.B. You may need to change the Order Code back to the default of TMWEBDF to take advantage of other offers at a later date.

                    Where would be best to plant these dwarf apple trees? I assume that planting them in a big barrel is a non-starter?

                    Think it be fine as they are patio ones, hoping they're on small rootstock. Waiting to see what they are like first :smile:

                      Hi Linz,

                      I never order plants off T&M, everything they send is either a plug or tiny. I hope you're not excited about the Apple tree. We sent for an Acer, when it arrived it was a 5" high rooted cutting.

                      For mail order plants you can't beat either J. Parkers or Hayloft Plants.

                      Amateur Gardening ( and others ) regularly do special offers and by doing them out of those you can see who the suppliers are and, once you've placed your order you get further special offers.
