    1.Campanula?
2.Tree dahlia (unlikely ) or elder?
    5.Hazel?
    6.Chenopodium/ Fat hen?
    13.Impatiens of some sort.

I'm afraid they mostly look like weeds to me, Sven.

Sorry, the only one I recognise is Pic No.6, looks like a Hazel to me. Number 7 look svery similar to a plant that used to grow around my dad's compost heap at the allotment....I remember having to constantly rip them up as a child. The rest, to me look like weeds....or definitely the kind of thing I would pull up without a second thought.

But you never know, I'm sure someone will find something they're very good!!

    - Madahhlia: weeds - yes, that's why I am asking here for assistance. Thanks.
    - CosmosGuy: thanks, too.

Both of you mention, but as different pics, the hazelnut. Do you both mean the plant with the many green and the few top reddish leaves, which grows at the right edge of the white container? If so, it would be amazing, as I planted hazelnut , indeed - but in a totally different container!

But this also puts me now into trouble: I am just hearing, that I will need both male and female hazelnut plants. Is here anyone who can send UNROASTED hazelnuts to me, as seeds? Can't get those here in Jamaica...

All others: I still need help. Thanks a lot.

Would hazel like the Jamaican climate? It's a temperate plant.

Yes I thought that one looked like the Hazel with the reddish leaves along the top. I only recognised it as I got one with the free BBC plant a tree scheme, it's a bit bigger than that, but has had a good year or so more to grow. I'm not too sure about what you need to do with regards male and female, but im sure someone else will? I guess I just like it for the foliage :)

Well, the only thing I need, are more untreated hazelnuts, so I can grow more plants - male and female ones. Then they pollinate each other through the wind, and I might help a bit, too.

    - Anyone here who can send untreated hazelnuts? I would appreciate it very much, I can exchange with tropical seeds.

Besides, please continue to assist me to ID all these plants above. Thanks.

Pic. n. 2 of the second lot of pictures looks like a hazel nut to me.
Did you plant just the nut inside the shell or the whole thing?
    Bye

Yup thats the one I thought too (or sixth from the bottom up). The other plants might be a little exotic maybe thats why not many of us are sure?

Hopefully someone will have some more soon, or maybe you could take some pictures when they have developed a little more?
