Is that not the usual pairing of such upwardly mobile individuals.

I dare say his growth is stunted from all the state funded cigarettes smoked during his gestation.

As for her, statutory rape springs to mind !

I know it sounds nasty, but the lass must be the town bike. I know it takes two to tango, but a 15 year old girl should know better than to go with a lad of 12, which is the age he was when the deed was done. He doesn't even look his age. He doesn't look much older than my 5 year old nephew.

    I noted this quote:

Ok, £10 should get you a weeks worth on milk powder OR some bottles to put it in.

I know it sounds harsh, but I think the baby should be taken into foster care. Most normal people of that age can't be expected to be mature and responsible enough to look after a baby, let alone a girl who thinks its ok to have unprotected sex with a child of 12.

I wonder if the ages were the other way round, and it was a 15 year old boy that had sex with a 12 year old girl, would the boy go to jail? Probably, and he would quite rightly be branded a cradle snatcher, or much worse.

Now, I have chuckled at the stuff above, but I have to say I`ve seen adults make a dogs dinner out of bringing up kids.

I don`t think it`s fair to make comments about the girls looks or her promiscuity, unless there are any supermodel virgins submitting to the forum of course.

I`m not saying it`s right, but it could be worse.

Clueless, joking aside, I couldn't agree more with you, except the baby should be adopted. There are so many childless couples desperate for a baby. I don't doubt their feelings (as far as they are aware of what feelings are-they're still children themselves), nor do I doubt that some teenagers make good mothers, but a 13 year boy is NOT mature enough to be a father.

What has amazed me by this story is the lack of anyone mentioning that they were both underage and therefore broke the law. All we have is the anti-abortionists bleating on about them doing the right thing! FFS!! They're condoning teenage pregnancy, in a country that already has the highest rate of it in Europe.

No doubt the Childs parents parents will bring up the child.

Because I don't think a 13 year boy would make the best of parents. And why should the 15 year old girl be left to bring it up on her own, or have to rely on her parents? How are they supposed to pay for the very basics of childcare, let alone later on in life?
