    Carrots Leeks and potatoe

    Veg Stock .

    Salt & Pepper.

    Saute veg ,then bring to boil blitz and enjoy with your favourite bread.

    So easy to make.

      This sounds so good, and i love making potato and leek soup, so this one sounds yummy!!

      Mrs Pal sautes onions then adds spuds and leeks. No salt though ,only pepper at the table.

        We use either kosher salt, or sea salt :WINK1:
