4 new lawns to seed

landed a nice job yesterday .... 4 new houses that have just been built .... have to sort the gardens and have to sort the lawn from seed

The owner will rent the homes out for 12 months, then sell them, and buy more land to build more

He said there were a 'few' weeds ....

anyway, will be spraying all 4 gardens with weedkiller (The owner has 25 liters of commercial weedkiller than gets diluted with water, and he says is better than roundup and used by farmers)... he says it takes 3 days to sort the weeds with this weedkiller

hopefully in a week or 2, I will rotivate the soil then plant the lawn seed ... I will then sort out the homes with a few shrubs, climbers and in spring I will plant some perennials

a good paying job, as I will do 2-weekly garden maintenance on all the properties even during winter, so am well chuffed

he has just phoned and said he will be at my place in 1/2 an hour to fetch me as we are going in his car.... he has warned me that this weedkiller is very powerful and that I should wear googles and old shoes
