Stunning colour of leaves there Whiskey :dbgrtmb:
We had a walk in Worden Park this morning , its a Victorian estate. The carpets of leaves on the parkland were still dry and blowey and looked very autumnal. In a couple of weeks they will be a sodden mess , so make the most of this dry spell !

Beautiful whis4ey, do u leave the leaves on the ground or not? I've been reading to clear leaves off of borders but I tend to leave them on?! But rake them off the lawn

The leaves are mostly Acer palmatum 'Okagami'. They will be raked up and added to the leaf mould compost pile. As you can imagine, we have loads of falling leaves here every autumn, and, as a result, loads of great leaf mould every year (used up every second year :))
