First picking off the new Rhubarb plant at the home plot.

2 year old when it was planted last year, into a good pile of horse poo & pete free compost.

    And.....

The First Mackerell fish of the year.

From the top of the hill we could see a flock of Mackerell about 5 miles long, mostly about a mile out. But down at sea level a fine mist covered everything, making it impossible to see where the sea met the sky.
