A few months ago some kind soul put their door in the side of my car causing a small dent . To highlight the dent a week later I got a light scratch over the same area.
I decided to risk using the local "come to your house" scratch and dent repair man . Actually two men. The first arrived rubbed the scratch down and polished it in using a buffer - perfect 100% repair :blue thumb: The dent repair man arrived an hour later . He has been repairing dents for 20 years and has a brand new Audi TT so is doing OK . The process came over from the states I think . He placed a perspex sheet next to the dent to reflect it . Then prised the window open a touch so he could put his dent removing irons inside the door . 15 minutes later no dent , an amazing process for £30 :dbgrtmb:

30 quids all in? My car was keyed down the bonnet the week I had it.. Wish I had done something about it, looked awful. It's off to car heaven next week though :cry3:

Sorry Linz it was £30 for the dent and £30 for the scratch . If a scratch is through to the primer or metal it cannot be repaired . A key scratch would likely need a full panel spraying.
