    Wonderful shots, strongy, and the weather was ideal for sightseeing even if it was cold.

    Perhaps someone can tell me what this winch/ waterwheel did, it was next to the canal lock.

    Great pictures Strongy,looks like the machine is a water winch, positioned over flowing water used for haulage work.
