A "How To" section?

    How about having all the instructions, etc., in one section, i.e.
    How to post a photo,
    How to make and post an avatar,
    How to create and use a Photobucket account,
    How to find and use smileys from other places, etc., etc.,

    At least then people will know where to find them all instead of going round and round the forum at large!
