We all like to have a good old rant now and then so I am starting this new thread where we can all let of steam. Whether it`s about the useless politicians we employ ( yes, WE employ) or beaurocracy, or the price of petrol ( £4.50 a GALLON? ) or even, bad drivers ( those people who use the LEFT HAND LANE to go right, on a roundabout ). So go for it people rant away.

Oh I like this one David. :D
Dose anyone buy those bottles of beer in the boxes of 20 in the supermarkets.
Well the prices have remained fairly constant for quite a while now, one week its grolsch thats on offer the next its becks etc.
My gripe is that the bottles are getting smaller all the time, a while ago they were all 330ml then most went down to 300ml and apart from grolsch and kronenborg they all seem to be 275ml.
strange thing is the boxes seem to be the same size.

and now there's talk of putting the price up to stop teenagers drinking.
Just another tax dreamed up by Gordon (the smiling moron) Brown I think.

Pete, the wife and I were in Asda`s the other day and they had Asda brand lager on sale at £2.32 FOR TWELVE. Admittedly it was only 3% but to a 12 year old that`s enough. As for the other, Labour has to go. Let`s give Cameron a chance.

Putting the price up wont stop kids getting it though, that is the point, it just makes everyone else pay extra and will have no effect, lets face it, they dont really want us to stop buying the stuff.
They ve killed off most of the tax that was collected on cigs and now they need to get it from somewhere else.

Cameron has always seemed a bit of a whimp to me, but I must admit he does seem to have got his arse in gear at last and is TALKING some sence, trouble is they all do that until thay get the chance.

Let`s face it Pete, these "people", and I use that term advisibly, are in it just for what they can line their own pockets with. They are all fiddling expenses to buy more property, or to have better, cheaper ( and with the Blairs, free,er ) holidays. Elected by the people for the people? Bovine Manure.
