Okay ladies, sit this one out please as I have a question for the gents amongst us. :)

Gentlemen......If you were to give a lady you are close to cut roses, what would you choose? How many, colour etc.?

That would depend on the Lady, Sheal. You'd find out, or already know, what colours she liked. My wife liked Red Roses, but would also appreciate a mixed colour rose bouquet if the mood took her.:dunno::snork:

        Two answers
A whole climbing rose (Wenlock dark red and strong scented) for her garden
or Half a dozen Wenlock cut heads, for her vase

Seeing Jack's reply I've altered my post to say cut roses, as a bouquet or single rose, not a complete shrub. :)

I will get back to you all on this question tomorrow evening.

Any colour as long as it isn't white.

Wrong! I don't particularly like pink roses. :)

                          It's not Pink, it's Telemagenta.

Rose bush, no flowers on it, makes it easier to choose...
