Well anyone who was happy to be interviewed just added their name to the list and when their turn came up they got the questions.

You get the questions via pm ( it was all done by the mods and admin) and on interview day a thread is started with questions-who they were posed by and the interviewees answer. It was a closed thread and contained one post which contained the whole interview.

It was extremely interesting.
