Hi guys, I have this plant in a basket, it has a nice sweet scent, anyone know what it is and how do I take seed for next year???

This Dhalia is one plant yet it gives two different flowers, how?

And what is this Rose, smells great.

The basket plant is Bidens Aurea, I haven't tried taking seed from them.

Dahlia, did you buy the plant, could it possibly have had two seedlings in it growing close together?

Roses are not my strong point. I'll leave that to one of our experts.

I looked and it all looks like one plant, but your possibly right, there can be no other explanation.

    Thanks.

I agree with Strongy re the Bidens and the Dahlia. I think the rose could be either Ena Harkness or Paul`s Scarlet.:gnthb:

Yeah, it has a great scent, thanks for your help, there is a rose fair going on at a local Garden Centre today and tomorrow, will buy it then.
