    Hi Folks,

I have had a dwarf peach tree growing in a pot in my garden for the last three years and it has been nothing but a pain in the backside. The first year it developed severe peach leaf curl and I had to remove all the leaves on it to get rid of it; last year after twice spraying with an anti-disease spray it managed to avoid getting leaf curl and actually starting growing some peaches but because we had such high winds all the time it kept getting blown over and the peaches kept coming off.

This year I have discovered small areas of leaf curl again on the peach tree (despite spraying it three times with anti-disease spray) only this time instead of it being in a pot on the patio it is now planted in the ground. I have removed the diseased leaves and thrown them in the garden waste bin but now I feel I am fighting a losing battle with this tree. What would you think if this was your tree, am I just wasting my time and efforts on this tree and just get rid of it altogether?

After many years I've Almost, and I stress, almost given up on peaches.

Peach leaf curl has been a big problem for me in recent years, up to the point that I now only have a small tree, which I sprayed with copper back in March.
Its showing signs of leaf curl already.
The problem does seem to go away by about July, but by then the trees are usually leafless and drop any fruit that has set.

    I've not found a cure.
