After the hard work

This is what gardens are all about ..........
I've tended my seedlings weeded the the beds raked the gravel pathways........... Ok it's all a lie....... Must tell you that two years ago I seriously damaged my back .............. My wife has tended my seedlings weeded the beds raked the gravel pathways and now I sit back and admire my leaderships skills ... Now sitting outside under the parasol protected from the glaring sun ...sipping a cold alcoholic ginger beer

 

Nice one Doug ....sorry about the back.....but yes days like today are what it's all about....good job we don't get too many of them or we'd get nothing done

 

True ...very true .... Any idea what the forecast is for the next few days?

 

Don't know where you are Doug but for East Yorkshire we're in for a good week....we'll see....keep that Ginger Beer on ice

 

I am way down on the south coast ............better sent the misses down to sainsburys for a ginger beer top up ..........arrrrrrrrrrgh no I don't believe it ....... Sunday trading hours haha

Where abouts on the south coast doug? I'm West Sussex coast, and the forecast is mixed. Nice and warm but not always sunny.

 

I'm in Bournemouth .. My wife's family comes from south wick originally so no w Sussex reasonably well ......

 

We're witterings, so about an hour and a bit from you. We have alternate sun and cloud forecast for the week

 

Sorry to hear about your back DH, but do remember that with leadership skills comes great responsibility! You must ensure that Mrs DH is fully motivated and rewarded accordingly Perhaps a Pimms, or three?
