Alayna, Turkey

heres the pics of Alayna in turkey and on our last day we decided to go on a boat trip to kemera 30 mins from the airport rather than sit outside the apts as we had to check out at 12 and our flight wasnt until 3-15 am next morning, also got pics of views from Alayna castle.

Some of the pics make me want to jet off somewhere. I haven't been abroad for a couple of years now. Maybe next summer. Its the almost luminous clear blue see with the sun glinting off it that always tempts me. Did you swim in the sea while there? I find the med has something very therapeutic about it, and always feel rejuvenated after a dip in the med.

 

Rosa - looks like you had a wonderful time - love your pictures - and love the variety of sea/land pics. Like Clueless - I have the sudden urge to jump on a plane......alas there is still work to do today! Thanks for sharing - any really memorable events/incidents while there?

 

thanks clueless, natalie and peri, i didnt venture into the sea looked a little rough we did a lot of walking into the town centre, one incident we saw in the town centre was a load of police arresting about 5 turkish guys think they had been rowing got a pic will find it and put it up shortly.there was 2 little boys dancing in the childrens pool area got there pics, im busy drinking some lovely apple tea i bought from alanya, you just add hot water and i bought the little glasses with saucers when i was there, i just love the taste

 

this is the kiosk i got of the police arresting the turkish guys, there was also some people there with massive cameras guess they were from either tv or papers.
