    Hi

I’ve ordered some alliums and I think they’re arriving 19-21 November. Will it be too late to plant them? I’m near York . Thanks

We planted Alliums on Christmas Eve last year and more in January. They all grew like weeds.

Great ! Thanks for that info. Is it similar for crocus and hyacinth? I’ve read they should always be in the ground before November?

Alliums don't care wether you plant them now or in February.
Just put them in the ground and forget them until they show themselves in Spring.

We planted Snowdrops "in the green" in February and they flowered shortly after. My wife is the Bulb Queen and she just plants them when they arrive, shifts them when she feels like it and they all seem to flourish.
