    Hi All
On a recent visit to the South of France I was amazed at some of the incredible tropical plants they grow in their gardens, in particular the gigantic Aloe Vera plants which have a huge flower stem some 10-15 feet high. I managed to bring home some seed pods from one of these amazing plants and my question is How do I best try to germinate these seeds :confused

Hi m&m and welcome to GC from me.

I lived in Bucks (Upton between Aylesbury and Thame) for many years

I actually brought an Aloe Vera from the IoW to here several years ago and I get blooms on stems 4-5 foot tall. I've never done it by seed but know it only by offshoots so can't help you I'm afraid but I'm sure someone else will have the knowledge to tell you how to do this.

    Good luck. :thumb:
