Just looked at weather forecast for next 14 days and there were no dry days and none > 22 degrees. My gardener suggested we planted out recently potted plants planned for the autumn. In went hollyhocks, iris and primula. Now I'm hoping for no unplanned heatwave as i cant water them. Wish me luck!!
