You don't need to spend ££££'s buying AG magazine to take advantage of that offer as it's open to anybody using this link http://www.thompson-morgan.com/GW73...3_1422988094_2d8f0c6c8b5250535e1f3ce677abf2b9

But £5.65 seems rather a lot money for 5 seed potatoes (+ a few other bits & bobs). I think some stores are selling 5 seed potatoes for around £1 and ex-compost bags make excellent free potato bags.

I feel this is still a good deal if you are starting out and don't have the ex-compost bags and are after a few other veg to grow as well as the potatoes.... although I could start talking myself out of what I am saying, if you were starting out with gardening you would need to buy compost to grow the veg anyway and therefore would have the bags

Or a good idea for someone without a lot of space who is starting out and just wants to try growing some bits and bobs on a patio or sunny backyard. :) :blue thumb:

I'm lucky enough my mother in law plant a load of spuds on her acre of ground so I help sowing them and picking so I get my share after each year, I just thought it was a good offer considering the price of gardening these days, and or if you have children or grandchildren can enjoy growing as my kids are watching sunflowers and red onions growin. At the moment
