    There have been messages arriving on people's mobile phones, ostensibly from Amazon, saying that they are renewing their subscription at £39.99 and to contact their account manager (link provided) to deal with it.

    Ive twice had recorded phone messages telling me this and to press one for details.
    Never had an Amazon prime account.

      Good afternoon I have had 8 calls (automated message)in the last two days on the home phone with a message telling me they they are going to stop my internet connection in the next 24/48 hours,please press one.:wallbanging:;)

        I don't get any scams on the home phone because we have Call Guardian (it's just a computer chip in the phone that intercepts them). Most landline providers give a similar thing free of charge.

        I had similar. So I rang Virgin Media and was connected via premium number. I was told that it was a scam.
        'A Scam!!! my next bill showed I think it was £8 for call. Scam Scam and Damn.

          150 from Virgin phone line to Virgin @Mike Allen .
          I've never had a call forwarded on to anyone else.
