AN UNEXPECTED CALL

I've been ordering lots of stuff on the Net for the oncoming Observatory and also for my astronomy equipment to the point where I've got a long list of what's ordered and not come and what has come. But yesterday while ordering and paying for a Binoviewer for my telescopes the Computer for some reason froze and crashed. On rebooting the Computer and going back on the Net to the site I was buying from I couldn't find any evidence of the purchase going through even after trying different ways, even checking my account with them. Whenever I've bought a item from this particular company I've always had a immediate response of a confirmation order e-mail.........but not this time. So I thought *%£!! them and went to another company I use and bought the item from them.
This afternoon the phone rang and a guy came on mentioning something about a Binoview.......so I picked up the phone. This gentleman worked at the Warehouse Despatch which it appears that both the companies I buy from use as their stockist. Anyway, he'd noticed that there were two orders from me for the same Binoviewer and a "bell" went off in his head. So he rang me to query if it was right and, if not, asked me if I wanted to cancel one of the orders and if I did the cancelled order money would be returned to my account..............now that's what I call service!!
