Elaeagnus perhaps? There are a lot of different types and quick tricky to tell which is which as they look similar.
Euonymus is a possibility as well.

 

Thanks Fens. I was only there at the weekend but can't remember seeing this one. I've got a euonymus so thought I might have recognised if it was one...but then again maybe not. Will look up elaeagnus now.

 

elaeagnusis quite woody my money would be on a euonymus(are two of them euonymuses or euonymi ?)

 

My vote goes to Euonymus sp.

But if in doubt check the leaves.
Eleagnus leaves are alternate.
Euonymus are opposite to each other.
