Great pics Sis! I'm sure a lot will be done with Cal helping, or, will a lot be done with Cal helping??? Whatever would we do without helpful putties?

Someone has to be the overseer, don't they Boo? It can be a very strenuous job at times.

 

I'm really sorry to learn about Cali LoL. I know you must miss her so much!
I hope Calv is coping okay - it must be difficult for him. Is he okay?

Thank you, Royster. We do still miss her, especially since her ashes are sitting in front of us until we can bury her afte the builders leave. Also, I painted a picture of her (in my Leisure, not good as I can't paint animals / people) which is sitting on the table so t'other half can say hello to her occasionally.

Cal is coping but does seem lost at times, going to places where she always sat / was, but I think it's getting easier for him. Because he's not 100% "with it", you can't even begin to think what he is thinking, bless him.

At least he has Magic Sam (Boo) and they get along wonderfully. Thanks again for asking.

 

With all the trauma and upheaval lately, Cal finds places to hide when the builders are here ...

... in the outdoor living room on a beam below the ceiling ...



... or on top of a kitchen cabinet ...



Boo just hops over the stone wall and sleeps under an orange tree for a few hours, pops back for lunch when everyone is gone, then back again for an afternoon snooze until 4.30!

PS Cal is okay with the builders ... it's when the delivery trucks come ... he's not so keen on them!

Goodness, Cal looks so big on the first pic!

 

He's a year old on the 13th of this month and eats like a horse ... but he's tiny compared to Boo, who's a BIG English boy.
