Angel's Fishing Rods alongside a pond (not my pond but a much more beautiful one, really, really stunning.) Sorry about quality of pics but they were taken on my phone in stark sunlight.

Just checked the buds on mine and one's out! First one for several years!
Amazingly lovely things, wish I had a clump a metre across.

I really do like them, although in the early years with the sandy soil in my garden I failed to grow them successfully............however, maybe now is the time to try again.:snork:

Another seed weed. I forgot to dead head them 2 years ago and I am still pulling out seedlings now, hundreds of them!

        Show off!

Hey, dig them out and sell them on. You'd clean up in more ways than one!

Sadly they are almost impossible to dig out and pot up and they do very badly in pots too. Best way with seed is to sow it where you want the plants to grow. Not got any seed this year, we cut them down as soon as the flowers had finished.
