We have a couple of bits of this in our garden. One creates a nice arch with a Holly tree and the other is free standing in a pot. I quite fancy planting the one in the pot as it has been neglected for years and has only been spotted since we clear up an area. I'm presuming as it is potted that it is something worth planting but there is loads of bits of shrub in the garden that have obviously self seeded.

I'm quite a long way from certain, but it looks like honeysuckle to me.

That was what our neighbour thought and it does look similar to the one we just purchased.

Is it a cotoneaster? They seed around everywhere so could have got into a pot by accident. It forms a woody shrub or small tree.

Hmm! Need more info. Pic of flower would help.
Cotoneaster ....it is not...the leaves of which are alternate.
    This shrub has opposite leaves.
    Doesn't look like Lonicera either.
Sorry not to be more helpful.

Not a fuchsia, too large leaved, wrong shape and too hard looking to be a fuchsia.

Perhaps a more in focus picture of the shrub itself may give us a clue. Try to ensure that the focal point is on the shrub, and not on the ground behind which does show an abundance of sticky bud unfortunately.

Vague thoughts, could be a prunus?

Here are another couple of shots. Hope it helps. The main tree is around 8 foot high if that helps. The one below is growing in a pot and I just noticed another one in the drive so I am beginning to think they may have blown in.
