Another tree mystery

Hello again,

I have a tree in a pot which I inherited on moving in.

I had not watered it for a long time, purely because I forgot about it. I have watered it daily since last week and the branches have started to turn a pleasant red colour again. I pruned it back last week, getting rid of all the dead branches.

Does anybody know what this tree is? Somebody did ask whether it was still alive!

Okay, potentially the leaves were meant to be green? Haha

I really don't know.
