    Morning ...

    I havnt grown these for years....

    a new variety to me which I have ordered is Rembrandt, I quite like a by colour plus this colour gives some punch and loved by bumble bees

    couple of questions

    • How long do they flower for

    • can you prune after flowering to encourage new flowers

    • any dos and dont

      Dead easy and self seeders too so you should have ones popping up after the first season.
      Yes to more flowers after pruning or dead heading and as I recall a pretty long flowering period.

        Only down side I used to find was they can get rust in late summer.

          I haven't grown them for years so I probably could get away with it again, maybe my no watering approach didn't help.

            hopefully I wont get rust , as its a new variety and from seed plus I have never grown in this garden since I moved in 15 years ago

              *update* seeds all planted I have used jiffy pellets ,, the seeds are tiny
