Any chance of a Mountain-laurel?

As my forum name suggests i love the Mountain-laurel (kalmia latifolia) and have always wanted one so does any one have a cutting that they could give/sell? i don't mind either way:D its just hard to find this plant when you live on the isle of wight and your only mode of transport is by bus or walking :( hope someone on the forum can help with my request

I bought a kalmia (minuet) last summer, I loved it the minute I saw it! Would happily send you a cutting but having just googled how to do it, it seems they rarely, if ever take from cuttings and most commercially grown are from tissue culture. Only other option I can think of is ebay ( kalmia angustifolia is available at the mo) or an online garden centre, burncoose have a couple here.

Oh... lol i should of really known that it only grows from tissue culture (i was looking at its wikipedia page as i was posting this :P) thanks i will check ebay:D
