    Is there anyone on the site that happens to know about wind up clocks? I have a french mantel clock with platform escapement and it seems to have stopped. I've taken it apart and other then the lever escapement seeming to be loose I can't find anything wrong. It also 'runs away' occasionally if you adjust the hands so not sure what's going on.

    It's nothing fancy but would like it working again
