As the title says really, anyone know any good active UK based youtube channels?

Primarily growing fruit and veg but flowers are fine too.

While I will resist from making any recommendations, I think the *key* lies in your search of YouTube. If you want UK based results, ensure you put that in your search  That is the best advice I can offer.

I view the carpenters daughter from time to time. It's not really gardening based.

Thanks M, but the search shows up 100's most of which dont update very regularly so just old videos from different times of year.

You could always try Petals on the Paving Slabs @Carllennon - I am working away at the moment though with not enough internet access to upload, but I've got 300 videos uploaded to Youtube mainly about growing fruit and veg both in my back yard and the allotment (with a few ornamentals thrown in) and am back in June, my finger is itching to click that "upload new video" button as I have a load stored up on my phone from the horticultural happenings I've been observing in the Falklands! I can also recommend Sean James Cameron, knows his stuff, and if you like a laugh there's a mad Geordie called Blustar Dave.

'lavender and leeks' is a small allotment channel, 'what vivi did next' is my favourite about Vivi living in londontrying to feed herself only from her allotment, she grows quite a few unusual things for this country, 'bohemian raspberry' is also very enjoyable. These are all based on allotments primarily, I do also enjoy 'Angela's Cutting garden' as she focuses on flowers as the name suggests. I can't remember the exact name but theres a guy who runs a couple of channels, his name is Sean James Cameron, his videos are very good for step by steps aswell as Claires Allotment who is currently building a fantastic raised bed allotment garden at her home. Enjoy!

It must be good if Kristen can make time to watch it (Kristen hasn't posted for ages as he's too busy gardening!).

He's done very well building his channel up, it's not easy at all to get views and subscribers in the numbers he has. To be honest, he's not one of my favourites, but I can't deny he's good!

I like Castle Hill Garden and ... another one that I just can't remember that's very focused on organic methods. It will come to me eventually.

Enjoy the lavender and leeks blog but haven't seen the videos.

I like a good long video that I can put on while I'm doing the dishes, none of this 4 minute stuff.
