    I think you may have hit the nail on the head, I can't say for sure if that's the name I was told but the pictures seem to confirm that they are one and the same. :ThankYou:

      It has several common names maybe these will trigger your memory.....
      Pascuita, Snows of Kilimanjaro, White Small Leaf Poincettia, Snow Bush, White-laced euphorbia, Snow Flake, Poinsettia.
