Does anybody grow this? I am aware it is related to the dreaded Rosebay which I already "grow" despite my best efforts to get rid of it. With this in mind I was wondering if it too sets seed with gay abandon and once you have it it's nigh on impossible to get rid of it.
Having a very big garden with big herbaceous borders anything which is fairly fast at increasing is good for me but there is a limit! I also like white flowers and if it's like it's "brother" the white form won't need staking or support, another huge plus as far as I am concerned.

Hi silu, I used to grow the white Rosebay Willowherb and it was very well-behaved compared to the pink. Don't recognise this name at all, though. All I could suggest is to grow it somewhere with easy acces for a hoe, just in case:)

Thanks noisette. It gets good reviews but always better to hear from people who don't have an axe to grind so to speak! Agree awfully posh name for white Willowherb:)
