    It's nothing new, if you hit a big rock or similar.

    Single bolt blade change, chances are its blunt and a new one wouldn't go a miss anyway.

    Yep ive orderd a new blade nevermind blunt it looks like a banana lol im just glad it didnt snap the crankshaft

    Nasty, what did you hit?

    Is it a john dere mower?

    Check the drive belt as it will have taken one hell of a strain from the impact, personally I would consider replacing it at the same time.

    Yep its a John Deere JS63 Mulching Mower did check the belt and it seams ok:thumb:

    It was a tree root i hit :rolleyes: just got a bit to close lol

    i did once to a 3 day old x300r john deere ride on i hit what i took to be oan old tree stump it was'nt it was a concrete and iron manhole cunningly hiding in the grassneedless to say the john deere dealer was best pleased it was on trial at the time

    Well used it today and the good news is i didnt damage the engine :D
