Anyone fancy a workout?

There are several different mini-workouts on here. Click 'Spin the wheel' and a new exercises is chosen at random, and then demonstrated by Sporticus.

 

Well, that wasn't much of a workout, Clue! I click my mouse far more frequently when I'm on here; only had to click it once every minute there My poor finger was getting cramp just waiting for the next click!

 

I think the point is, you're meant to set Sporticus off on one of his exercises, then copy what he does

 

He was doing that "Spotty Dog" type thingy ... if I do that, my boys will have me sectioned!
