Anyone getting lightening?

I know they said it would rain but ive never seen blue lightening in january
anybody else experiencing it??

 

Not here. Is it mostly west of you? I've seen some awesome (for the UK) lightning storms in the foothills of the pennines when I lived in Sheffield.

 

Clueless, i tell ya the sky lit up blue with a dot in the middle at one point ive never seen lightening when snows on the ground! totally out there

 

I have. We had a good one here this time last year.

The best lightning I saw was coming from the (North Sea) horizon towards the beach on Clacton-on-sea with no rain at all. I recall someone said it was called Harvest Lightning. Never heard of it before or since.

 

Huge crash bang wallops going on here, just took our internet down.
