Anyone know about bulb forcing?

I have been reading about forcing tulips. I was hoping I might be able to force some tulips to flower in June for my wedding date but I get the impression from what I've read that forcing can only be done early, before the natural flowering season and not delay it which I was hoping to do. Anyone, here an expert on the subject, if so I'd like to pick your brains

 

All plants (not just bulbs) can be forced, either to mature early or late. Earlier is easy/easier, late will require more facilities and effort. And if it's warm on your wedding day Tulips will look pants anyway.
