    That is one of the weed Euphorbias. Let it seed and you have got it forever. Take care when removing it, the sap is an irritant and can cause real problems if you touch say your eyes with any of the sap on your fingers.

    Whether it's a weed or not is a matter of opinion, I find it interesting enough to leave in odd corners
    Yes it does self seed but is easily hoed up at an early stage
