I kept looking at it plus viewing loads of images online, and even went to my plot to pull up a Hairy Bittercress and have a good look at that, and it's not that hairy and is a darker green.

Not sure which one it is but it's definitely Hairy bittercress. Found one with seed pods on it. It's gunna take some going pulling all of them out.
            There's a lot - and I mean a lot!! They're everywhere :gaah: PSX_20171015_155601.jpg PSX_20171015_155704.jpg PSX_20171015_155801.jpg

              Thanks for new pics Sonya.
Definitely a Cardamine sp. It is very hairy!
I hate to think we now have another sp of the pesky thing. Cardamine hirsuta is bad enough.

Every county has a recorder for plants/insects etc.
I wonder if they might be interested in checking it out before you try to get rid of it.
Maybe worth a call or e mail.

The trouble with these weeds is that when you try pulling them out, if they already have seed pods, they will explode, not only into your eyes, but all over surrounding ground.
