Apple Katy - Espalier

    I'm only a year out of date with pruning this tree which was planted in 2009. I think I need to improve the supports as well as spread the shoots a little bit more evenly.

    Unfortunately, the weight of an apple and some strong wind has broken the second shoot from the left. Do anyone have any advice please on how I should prune this tree going forward and when ?
