      I litre pure Apple juice and one of Prune.

      1kg Unrefined sugar. High alcohol yeast.

      Brought the juice to a boil, stir in the sugar, add pinch of citric acid, leave to cool, stir in the yeast, top up to gallon with spring water :)

      Glopping away in this heat :)
