Apple tree disease??

    Hi, I wonder if anyone can help?
    I have recently bought a house with an apple tree in the garden, it seems to have some kind of disease or fungus, please see pictures below
    it seems to have affected the leaves mostly, and also there aren't lots and lots of apples, just a few and some are completely mouldy whilst hanging on the tree? and lots of leaves on the ground brown and dried up?
    does anyone know what this is and how to treat?
