Hello, I am new to this forum, so please be kind :)

My apple tree has problems. Some of the branches are covered in white fluffy stuff, and also some of the leaves are effected.

What could it be? Thanks for any replies/suggestions.

      Hi
Your 2nd picture your apple tree has a scale insect another name is Mussel Scale , because of the winter tar oil wash that was ready available and now withdrawn from the market that was used to keep this pest under control , its now becoming more common
