Apple Trees leaves turning yellow and soft?

    I have an apple tree in a pot which has a few fruit on it. One of the branches leaves are turning yellowish and soft, and others crumble. I water them twice a week and also feed them some plant food. It is about 5 years old. What causes this? Thanks.
