    Hi All,

Were in the new house now and there is a big apple tree. What to do with all the apples is the question?

I am going to do a few pies and freeze them. I thought that maybe do some stewed apple and freeze, if it is ok to freeze? If I get time I will try and brew some cider.

Is there anything else I can do with them, apart from give them away?

    Rusty

They keep for years if you cut them into rings and dry them :)
