Is it an arbor, is it a pergola, I'm calling it my arborola
This was my winter project and glad to get it completed.
This corner is my view from kitchen window so wanted something bright to look at.
Just hope the white paint doesn't need cleaned too often
Used preserved timber, sikkens primer, sadolin superdec white and sadolin ultra rich oak ext stain
Need to paint fence at rear next but am undecide about colour, possibly natural stone or arabian sand.
What colour would you go for here that would blend in and brighten up this corner. Gravelled area inside will prob be part paved maybe natural / cream colour and room left for planting at edges
    Any suggestions?

It's looking good bmk but you have a few different colours there already, another colour on the fence is going to clash with what you already have. The white fence in front of your garden fence will dominate any other colour so I'd be inclined to colour the fence the same as the top of your 'arborola'. :)

Go for a green fence as it will be a receding colour behind your shrubs and will melt into the leylandi behind the fencing. This should give it a bit more depth.

I painted my fences green to counter balance my hedge and it does work really well. It contrasts quite nicely with whites, browns and magnolias too.

I used cuprinol ducksback paint on my fencing and gave it a couple of coats. I think the stain is water repellant as its got a wax coating in it. Don't go for the cheapo stains that just seap into the wood.

The better half also thinks brownish like the wood on top but I thought it would be quite dull in this dark corner
I then seen willow cuprinol shade (mid green colour) online and liked it but then seen it on my mothers fence and wasn't to impressed.
I'm a bit fussy you can probably tell, just seen a terracotta like colour, would this be to harsh, would blend with the wall and pinkish pavers.
      Thanks for your suggestions

Go for a dark green colour then?

The terracotta, if it matches the brick wall will probably work. :)
