    Hi Everyone,

I've only recently started to develop an interest in gardening and so am still trying to learn so please accept my apologies if i am inadvertently asking a stupid question here..

I have a tree in my garden which i have recently been told is elderberry. I have attempted to identify it myself however i have found a similar berry called dogwood that is apparently toxic.

I would be most grateful if someone who is knowledgeable could assist me in identifying as i really want to make some elderberry wine.

Sorry for the short answer there earlier Daz, it was only seconds before Torchwood started :dbgrtmb:

If you make Elderberry wine, only use unrefined sugar, they are really good for hang overs as they stand without the use of refined sugar:thumbsup:
